I recently bought a top of the range Merc from Saltmarine, which I thought had went swimmingly, but 1 month from I bought the car (Last Week) I got an email to say I hadnt paid in full, totally unexpected It put me in a position of self doubt and how I'm going to pay this additional amount I hadnt budgeted for. I was informed I hadnt paid for the GAP insurance of £399, I went and got my bank statements and done my own figures and everything added up to the full amount of the invoice total, so I passed on all my payment statements for the car to prove I HAD indeed paid in full. I got an email back the say the accountant had made a mistake, it then got me thinking had I not done my own research and just paid this additional £399 I would have been out of pocket that much needed money. Does this happen often? How many people would just send the money across without checking. For this reason it has put me off thinking of going back to Saltmarine for any future purchases unfortunately.

I'd suggest Saltmarine Used Car Centre to a friend because Andrew was very helpful and easy to deal with. Had all my paperwork ready and the car delivered on time and well presented.

I would recommend Saltmarine Used Car Centre to friends and family because I got a great car and the service provided by them was excellent. Couldn't have been easier and I would but from then again.
